If you are writing a thesis or dissertation or any official document on the use of Chicago (Turabian) style, you have several options for deciding which pages to include in your document. Some pages are necessary, while others are optional for your thesis or dissertation. I have a list of page descriptions (below) in the order they should appear in the Chicago (Turabian) style document. Always start each of these sections on a new page. Most of them only requires of a page.

A) TITLE. On the title page, which is necessary, the text should be double spaced, using uppercase characters. Center the text both horizontally and vertically. Start with the name of the school, followed by the title. Next, the Committee's list are going to email the dissertation or thesis, together with the department or college for which he has presented. Then, include the word "by" on a separate line, followed by the name of author. Finally, the site of the city and state in which he wrote the document, along with the month and year of graduation. Place extra horizontal lines between each section on the title page, which allows the center vertically on the paper. Note that the title page is the first show "pages Chicago (Turabian) style, but not the number.

B) Copyright Page or blank page. This page is immediately after the cover, and is necessary either to include a copyright notice or leave blank page. The white (or mostly blank) page prevents characters in the main text of the first Page bleeding through the title page. For the author, at the bottom of the page, type in "Copyright", the symbol of rights author, the year the paper was written, and the name of the author. In the next line, indent and type "All rights reserved" without punctuation. No number on this page, either, but do not count on your page. The following page shows will be "III" in Roman numerals.

C) DEDICATION. A dedication page is an optional page. Just type "A" followed by the name of the person (s) you want to dedicate the paper.

D) PAGE heading. The page heading, which can contain a poem or a quote, is optional.

E) CONTENTS. The table of contents page is an optional and should be numbered as part of the pages on screen. This is a listing of the contents of the document, provide page numbers to the various sections and items in the document. The reader can use the table of contents to jump to a particular section of the paper. In listing the chapter headings in the table of contents, make sure that exactly match the titles of the chapters in the text. Use a leader line connecting the chapter or section name (left justified) with the page number (right aligned). INDEX "" or "INDEX" focused on the top of the page.

F) LIST OF ILLUSTRATIONS AND LIST OF TABLES. These pages are optional part of the pages on screen, and should only be used if you have illustrations and tables in your document. List each illustration or table with the appropriate title and page number, connected by a leader. Right align the page number and left align title of each table or figure.

G) PREFACE. The prologue is optional display another page. The author can list the reasons for the project and recognition.

H) List of abbreviations or glossary. If you have a lot of strange abbreviations or conditions in your document, you can list in one of these pages optional.

I) SUMMARY. Use a summary to summarize briefly the contents of the thesis or dissertation. This is an optional display page.

J) MAIN TEXT. Start the numbering of the main text with Arabic numerals, and no longer must use lowercase Roman numerals on the pages screen. Each page in Arabic number should appear on the top right corner of each page. If you have a chapter heading or other main line on top of a page, you may center the page number at the bottom of the page.

K) APPENDIX. Use the page optional addendum (s) for material that does not fit into the main text, such as complex tables and technical notes. You can have more than an appendix. Each appendix must deal with a different idea or theme. Number of them, either letters or numbers, such as "Exhibit A" and "B" and "C" for example.

L) BIBLIOGRAPHY OR REFERENCE LIST. Include your bibliography after the last page of text or page in a new appendix page. The page reference list should include all the works that you cited in your paper, in alphabetical order. (We of references in other article.) Ensure the continuation of Arabic page numbering in the pages of bibliography.
