Preschool bilingual activities: Know any free or low cost resources?

I searching for free or low cost activities and workbook type materials to work with a preschooler who is learning Dutch in the US. Also looking for stories, music, online resources, etc. I have studied other languages and could adapt some things such as workpage materials.

Our preschoolers are bilingual English-Japanese, and we’ve had a lot of success with creating hand-drawn and clip-art dictionaries of everyday items.

If your Dutch is fluent, you could also probably translate selections from the library of stories pretty quickly, too. Then you can print these out on your home printer. Oh, and all the online stuff is completely free to use!
